With this in mind, and at heart, Brittany enters each treatment session with an intention to address and tend to chronic or acute pains and dysfunctions that may be limiting her client’s quality of life and causing any signs of dis-ease.

Treatment techniques often utilized by Brittany include traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization techniques, and craniosacral therapy. She also loves to incorporate traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques into her massages to increase circulation and deepen relaxation.

Kati Boulin, RMT

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Kati believes in the combined effects of massage therapy and movement based interventions.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Kati believes in the combined effects of massage therapy and movement based interventions. She is strongly passionate about education, both for her patient’s benefit as well as for her own.

In her early 20’s she pursued a career as a personal trainer and discovered her love for working with people. Soon after beginning her career as a trainer she suffered a debilitating pelvis injury from playing competitive soccer and found herself in chronic pain for over 2 years. Through working with a physiotherapist in Vancouver she realized what it took, both mentally and physically to overcome pain. She was able to successfully rehabilitate after a year and returned to being active.

After this experience she realized the impact she could have working in an industry helping people feel their best as well as overcome their injuries. She returned to school to become a massage therapist. Kati graduated from WCCMT in 2015 and has been growing her knowledge and skills in the industry ever since.

With her previous background working alongside some of the best Physiotherapists in Vancouver and years of playing competitive, high level sports Kati brings a unique skill set to the industry. She believes it’s important to listen first, then provide a unique treatment to each of her patients. Kati uses a number of different techniques in her sessions. From movement, deep tissue massage to myofascial release. She tailors her sessions based on the needs of her patients. Her extensive knowledge of the body and movement allows her to provide pain relieving solutions at home or at work.

Her philosophy is simple, “Change is essential. Change the way you think and you change the way you move. Change the way you move and you change the way you feel.”

She looks forward to working with you and wishes you the very best on your healing journey.

"I have been going to Lynne for about 8 years and consider her hands gifted, knowing the sources of pain even before I do. The clinic itself is very peaceful and entered thru a beautiful garden that together with Lynne's calming and caring energy are very conductive to healing. Very much a Solace Centre." -Jane
