Mandatory Client Protocol
Fill out the BC COVID self-assessment tool to determine if you should attend the clinic: it will be attached to your booking.
Cancel if you or anyone in your home is sick – late cancellation fees will be waived
Bring a mask (we will supply one if your don’t have one). You will be expected to wear one for the entire visit.
Come alone to your appointment whenever possible
Cancel if you have travelled outside of BC in the last 2 weeks
Cancel if you have had close, unprotected contact with a person positive for COVID-19
Aim to arrive approximately 3-5 minutes before your appointment time. Please wait outside/in your car if early.
Clean your hands upon entering the clinic
Answer RMT screening questions upon arrival
Respect physical distancing rules for others at the clinic
Please do you best not to touch your mouth, nose and eyes.
Mandatory RMT Protocol
We will wear a mask
We will not come to work if sick. We will self-isolate for a minimum of 10 days.
We will not travel and then come to work. We will self-isolate for 14 days.
We clean treatment rooms with professional, anti-viral cleaners between every session
We clean general clinic spaces with professional, anti-viral cleaners hourly or after known contact –
whichever is sooner
We have waived the late cancellation fee if a client cancels because they feel sick
We have reduced the number of scheduled appointments to reduce the density of traffic at the clinic
We are staggering client appointments to ensure social distancing occurs
We are abiding by all provincial and federal Personal Protective Equipment rules for the RMT’s
