Maïa is a Reiki Master who specializes in Shamanic Usui Reiki, blending gentle, traditional techniques with modern holistic healing methods.

In her practice, Maïa incorporates a variety of soothing rituals and tools like stones, sound and gentle touch to clear energetic blockages in the body helping clients feel lighter and more at peace. With experience in supporting clients through physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts, her work provides a grounded space for transformation and balance.

Gita R. Narayan, PhD, RHT

Gita Narayan is a Registered Herbal Therapist (RHT) and founder of Gita Botanicals. She is passionate about using medicinal plants for preventative healthcare to increase balance, wholism, and support the body’s natural capacity to heal itself.

Gita received a Diploma of Phytotherapy in Western Herbal Medicine from the Pacific Rim College in Victoria. She also has a MSc and PhD in ecology.  She combines her 25 years of a scientific work with her training in western herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, and Ayurveda to address a broad range of health issues. She aims to deliver simple, self-managed herbal, nutritional and lifestyle solutions to help clients prevent and manage their health conditions. Gita acknowledges the importance of meeting clients where they are in their health journey, with compassion, and without judgement. She uses an individualized (w)holistic or whole body-whole person, trauma-informed, and nature-based approach to help clients feel empowered to self-direct the course of their own physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery from illness or trauma back to reconnection with their vibrant well-being.

Lise Rivard, R.C.R.T

Lise is a highly skilled Reflexology Therapist with a passion for promoting health and wellness. Guided by her motto “Health is Wealth”, she strives to help clients achieve balance and return to homeostasis.

Lise’s journey with Reflexology began at age ten when her mother introduced her to the practice. Inspired, she became a Registered Canadian Foot Reflexology Therapist in 2006. Positive feedback from clients encouraged her to expand her expertise, earning certifications in Hand Reflexology (2008) and Ear Reflexology (2010).

Lise practiced Reflexology in England from 2013 to 2016, where she earned recognition from the Association of Reflexologists. Now based in Nanaimo, Lise integrates Reflexology with ScalarWave Laser therapy, crystals, and singing bowls to enhance healing and pain relief.

Caroline Gorski Kin. MLD Therapist

Caroline Gorski is a Certified Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a passion for holistic health and wellness.

Her journey into this field was inspired by her own health challenges, including lifelong digestive issues and a quest to feel at ease in her own body. Through extensive research, personal exploration, and professional training, Caroline discovered the transformative benefits of lymphatic massage—a gentle yet effective therapy that supports detoxification, reduces swelling, and enhances overall well-being.
Caroline believes in the power of simple, mindful living: eating wholesome, unprocessed foods, enjoying daily movement, connecting with nature, and managing stress effectively. She is dedicated to using her knowledge and experience to help others feel their best through the healing touch of Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapy.

Kyla Campbell

With over 10 years of experience in transformative healing work, Kyla Campbell is a guide and facilitator who offers an embodied, client-centered approach.

. Specializing in sound healing, breathwork, bodywork, holistic counselling, and process work, Kyla provides a supportive space for individuals to explore deeper layers within themselves, address root challenges, and build meaningful connections. Her approach is grounded in mindfulness, trust-building, and compassionate care, guiding clients toward their true nature, self-discovery, and personal empowerment.

Sound healing is integral to Kyla’s practice, informed by her background in music and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from McGill University. She is currently deepening her expertise at the Grof® Legacy Psychedelic Training Academy, working toward certification as a Grof® Legacy Breathwork Facilitator and Psychedelic Therapist in 2025, and is studying to become a psychotherapist in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program.

Kyla is passionate about experiential work and believes deeply in the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness. Whether holding space in ceremony, guiding therapy sessions, or facilitating Grof Breathwork, she is grateful for the opportunity to support people as they open to self-awareness, connect with their hearts, and embrace their authentic selves.
