Katie’s passion is health and wellness. She takes a holistic approach that encompasses body, mind, & spirit which absolutely includes yoga. As a student of yoga for over 10 years and a teacher for 1, Katie realizes the importance of a yoga practice and is dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone. As a registered yoga teacher, Katie loves to guide you through an amazing Hatha yoga practice rooted in pranayama (breath work), asanas (postures), and meditation. Her classes will connect you to your breath and your body which will leave you feeling connected. In addition to being a registered yoga teacher Katie is also a registered holistic nutritionist and has her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in sport health and physical education. Her mission in life is to inspire others to live a healthy, holistic, simple lifestyle.
