Our Teachers

Yoga has been part of Lynne’s life for over 25 years. She is trauma informed and is interested in somatics.
Lynnes most recent training includes:

Meditation has been part of Jas’ daily practice for over 30 years. He was drawn to the inner connection and knowing it provided.
Jas is a a mental health and addictions counsellor.  He is inspired by the positive effects when teaching meditation to his clients.
