Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

We teach to support your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Lynne is a practicing trauma informed, registered massage therapist and yoga teacher.  Yoga has been part of Lynne’s life for over 25 years. She has been trained in many forms of yoga throughout the world and Kundalini yoga is her primary practice.

Both Lynne and Jas had the opportunity to do all of their Kundalini Yoga trainings together.  Lynne’s physical knowledge and health science background combined with Jas’s spiritual, historical wisdom and mental health/addictions counselling give them a unique offering. They teaching with a wholistic understanding of the practice of Kundalini Yoga.

Meditation has been part of Jas’ daily practice for over 30 years. He was drawn to the inner connection and knowing it provided.
Jas is a mental health and addictions counsellor.  He is inspired by the positive effect of teaching meditation to his clients.
