As a lover of movement & an active lifestyle; Yoga caught my attention in 2006 after attending my first class with Lynne Carroll. I remain curious, ever learning & growing in my practice by attending a variety of workshops & teacher training. I completed my YTT 200 hr in 2015 and most recently completed a 40hr Intensive Skills in Action with Natalie Rousseau in 2019. Born and raised on Vancouver Island I am a great lover of the outdoors. I can be found often exploring our many beaches and trails with my husband and our dogs, or cross country skiing on one of our local mountains with friends. We truly live in an amazing part of the world. One of the greatest joys that comes from sharing my love of Yoga with others is hearing their stories & experiences of how Yoga has transformed their lives; forming the union of mind, body & soul.
